JB Manufacturing offers close tolerance machining services to companies in aerospace,

communications, robotics and other commercial industries.

Our services cover our customers’ needs, from prototypes to short and long-run production. Our highly trained and skilled staff efficiently manages the workload to ensure that our customers receive their parts on time and within budget. In addition, we can accommodate rush orders for those who need to meet a critical deadline.

Our QC department utilizes Mitutoyo and Fowler inspection equipment to ensure that our customers receive parts that conform to their requirements. All parts undergo a strict inspection procedure which includes a first article inspection and  post production final inspection. All inspection equipment is subject to a calibration schedule to ensure proper measurements.

Our machining capabilities cover many materials: from easy to machine materials such as plastics, steel and aluminum to difficult to machine materials such as titanium, inconel, and kovar.

JB Manufacturing’s quality control procedures are in accordance with MIL-I-45208A standards.

Don’t have a blueprint? We can take a sketch of your idea, draw it up using a CAD

program (such as Solidworks), and manufacture to your requirements. We can also

reverse engineer a solution to a problem you may be encountering or a revision to an

existing product.
